We offer flexible pricing based on project type and complexity. After an initial conversation, we’ll provide a transparent quote with no hidden costs. Beyond hourly billing, we provide flexible alternative fee arrangements that enhance cost predictability, efficiency, and alignment of incentives.

Fixed Fee

• A pre-agreed flat fee providing cost certainty and clear scope, with no billing surprises.

Capped Fee

• Fees are capped at an agreed maximum, with the benefit of lower costs if actual time spent is less.

Cap & Collar

• Fixed fee with agreed tolerance range, allowing shared savings if work is below scope and shared risk if it exceeds scope.

• Acted as the primary legal liaison with regulatory bodies and financial institutions, including the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada (FINTRAC), and Verein zur Qualitätssicherung von Finanzdienstleistungen (VQF) in Switzerland, ensuring seamless communication and compliance with dynamic financial regulations.

• Led the management of legal processes for license applications and regulatory adherence across multiple jurisdictions: (1) Singapore: Obtained exemption under the Payment Services Act (PSA) for specific payment services, (2) Canada: Registered as a Money Services Business with FINTRAC, and (3) Switzerland: Registered as an SRO member with Verein zur Qualitätssicherung von Finanzdienstleistungen (VQF).

• Developed and executed cross-functional strategies for legal process optimization, internal compliance controls, and the monitoring of business activities to ensure full regulatory compliance and operational integrity on a global scale.

• Led Singapore Exchange (SGX) reporting and compliance, corporate announcements, while preparing and presenting the FY2023 financial statements, sustainability report and annual report for SGX Mainboard listed company.
